Get a Life!...

I firmly believe that everyone should have a hobby, a refuge from the day to day work and stress where they can express their talent and passions, learn new things, and enjoy doing it. Mine started in my youth as Ham Radio and DIY electronics, continued to recreational computer programming, and eventually settled on the study and collecting of the history of computing, and on the occasional woodworking project.

Hobbyists in a given discipline have always tended to flock together, but these days the Internet makes this possible much more easily and at a global scope. I take much pleasure in sharing my thinking, projects and collections on my personal web site and personal blog. This has resulted in many connections and friendships.
